Moratorium proposed on Maryland school construction
Frederick County officials react to a state plan for a one year planning moratorium on school construction to curb costs amid inflation and shrinking revenues. Local leaders oppose the move as harsh and harmful to growth counties like Frederick, warning roads and schools will suffer.
