Jail sentences and alcohol counseling ordered in Frederick
Frederick District Court imposed five day jail terms with alcohol counseling for Donald E Hargett 32 of South Bentz Street and Bobby J Sexton 19 of West South Street for probation violations and resisting police. Hargett also faced a $100 fine and 12 months probation with counseling. Separately two 18-year-olds Daniel L Hebb and Robert L Ray were fined for drinking beer near South and Market streets. Hebb received a $100 fine in a separate charge for drinking at Terrace Lanes Parking Lot.
