Beltway sections to be built before harbor tunnel opening

A plan outlines two additional beltway sections to be contracted next year to complete a perimeter around Baltimore. The routes run from U S 1 near Belair Road to Pulaski Highway and from Edmondson Avenue to U S 40 toward the harbor tunnel site by late 1957. The project estimates total costs and a multi-year effort to connect and encircle the city.
