Long-suffering couple battles diabetes amputations
Mike Cosman recalls meeting his wife in 1977 at Rockmont Chevrolet in Rockville. Diabetic complications led to multiple amputations of her legs by 1991 and again in 1991, with mounting medical bills and reliance on a wheelchair. Despite hardship, she and their daughter Megan maintain resilience, humor, and community ties.
