Local artist paints humorous Xmas window mural in Frederick
Frederick artist Regus M Flohr of Flohr Lytle Studios spent hours painting a unique Christmas scene on Triangle Shell at 1420 W Patrick St. The mural features three Santas in a gas station setting, avoiding reindeer and trees. Flohr notes he creates themed windows for different states and aims to amuse, with six months yearly in Europe. Flohr says he copyrighted the Santa figures seven years ago and pioneered storefront murals two decades ago.
