Youth Sent To Boys Village For Assault
An 11 year old boy was sent to the Boys Village by Chief Judge Patrick M. Schnauf fer in Juvenile Court after a prior case where older youths attacked trick or treaters. He had been fined or jailed before and expelled from Lincoln School. probation officer Mrs. W. C. Roderick said he was only 14 and needed placement. Lincoln School principal Charles E. Henson testified the youth was greatly retarded and habitually troublesome.

Orphan Home Sells For 45000 To Frederick History Society
The Louis Female Orphan Asylum on East Church Street was sold to the Historical Society of Frederick Inc for about 45000. The deed, signed by Rev. Charles F. Escapees From Road Gang Nabbed Near Jackson Ohio
