Judge resigns over salary for Maryland bankruptcy court

Baltimore AP report: Harvey M Lebowitz, the sole full time judge on Maryland’s US Bankruptcy Court, resigns effective Feb 1 citing insufficient pay. He notes a 24% tenure with only 6% raise while living costs rose 31%, with three children in college costing about 15000 yearly.
