Frederick Life Underwriters Hall of Fame inductees named
The Life Underwriters Association of Frederick County held its annual awards banquet and inducted Theodore J. Noffsinger Sr. posthumously and C J Morris into the Hall of Fame for outstanding service in life insurance. Noffsinger began in 1931 with Peoples Life Insurance in Clifton Forge Virginia, later becoming agency manager in Frederick and retiring in 1969. Morris started in 1941 with Maryland Workers' Compensation and built a long career in the industry. Additional awards covered sales, quality and other industry aspects.
