Volunteers Support Citizens Advocacy Program in Frederick
The Frederick County Association for Retarded Citizens in Maryland reports a $250 donation to its Citizens Advocacy effort. The program, begun by Dr. Wolfensberger, pairs volunteers with mentally retarded individuals to improve daily life through one to one advocacy and guidance, helping them access services and live fuller lives.
