Myersville annexes 7 acres for four new homes
Myersville Town Council approved annexing seven acres in Deer Woods Place adjacent to Deer Woods and Myersville Elementary School. Developer Ed Smariga plans four homes with five acres set as open space. He also pledged to upgrade or remove a house on the site within a year and complete the project in two years. Water supply concerns and proposals for a reservoir were discussed by officials and residents.
