Nearly 150 tax delinquent properties went on sale at public auction in the main floor lobby of the Frederick County courthouse. The sale, ordered by Frederick County Treasurer Charlotte W. Yarrell, covers the fiscal year 1975 taxes with about 177 properties advertised prior. Some properties drew no bids above taxes due, and many were transferred to the county. early items included large tracts near Tuscarora and the court sale is expected to continue for several days.
