A Martinsburg man, Billy Junior Dodge, 20, was arrested in Martinsburg for unauthorized use of a 1849 Ford sedan valued at 1400 after the car was stolen there and traced to West Virginia Street. In Casablanca area a violent storm capsized the yacht Sangaroo killing Freddy Metvey and his wife Claude J along with two others.
