Miller delays action on reform in Maryland politics
Maryland Senate President Thomas Miller backs away from appointing a four member panel to study campaign finance reforms. He will instead ask a senate subcommittee to examine proposals, but no committee is yet formed and meetings wait for the 1990 General Assembly. Miller says action is delayed pending an appeals court ruling on Prince George's County ethics law.
