City Man Killed by Falling Brick at Reston Site
In Reston Virginia on Wednesday a brick fell seven stories striking Harvey Smallwood of Frederick on East Church Street. He was unconscious, taken to Fairfax Hospital and pronounced dead from head injuries. Police call the freak accident work site danger and note the hard hat failed to protect him. Funeral arrangements will be announced.
