Senate Votes To Halt Water Pollution By 1985
The Senate approved a $20 billion pollution bill setting 1985 as the goal to end water pollution. The measure, from Sen. GOP Election Judge Slain In Poll Fight
A Republican election judge was shot to death at the Goree Rock polling place near Manchester Kentucky.
