Fagan murder trial to resume Tuesday

Testimony continues in the Frederick County Cavent Court trial of William Robert Fagan Sr, accused of murdering his wife in 1982. Gunman Kills Two Then Ends Rampage in El Cajon

A 62yearold man Gordon H Neumann opened fire from his apartment window at the Key Largo complex injuring five others including a 2yearold before taking his own life. Neumann, described as reclusive and teased by children, sparked a blaze that gutted his unit and left five families homeless. Police say the autopsy will confirm cause of death and no officers fired a shot during the rampage.
