Linganore High mock vote defeats Code Home Rule
Linganore High School student lawmakers unan imously reject Code Home Rule in a mock referendum held Thursday. Jimmy Van Laan said debate focused on county government and Charter Home Rule as the better choice for Frederick County. Singapore conducts its own mock presidential election today with candidates for president and other offices.
