Timothy J. Foreback 30 of Quail Knob Lane was treated for cuts at Frederick Memorial Hospital after stepping into a party and swinging an ax. Teens wrestled the weapon away and assaulted him after he shouted the gathering was over. No charges yet. investigation ongoing. A separate case reports Meredith W. Cole, 32, held on storehouse breaking and breaking and entering with intent after being found leaving a downtown office at 11:30 p.m. Monday. Terry M. Marbury, 24, was arrested in Klinehart's Alley at 3:48 p.m. for crack distribution. Both suspects are jailed in Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
