Man Must Move His Mobile Home After Board Denies Variance
Jefferson man Ray Snoots faces moving his mobile home after the Frederick County Board of Appeals rejected a requested three foot separation variance from Concord Mobile Home Estates. The 2-1 vote granted 60 days to explore options including owner help with about $2,000 in moving costs. Bowen alleges absentee landlords and lack of notice, while the board cites precedent and park-wide impact.
