County Executive James P. Gleason will open a 32 floor Silver Spring center at 8728 Colesville Rd with an open house from 3 30 to 5 30 p m. The center houses Landlord Tenant Affairs Recreation Health Social Services Human Relations Environmental Protection and Housing Opportunities offices. A Wheaton center follows in June 1976 with more sites planned in Colesville Gaithersburg Rockville and Germantown.
