A Athens despatch reports grave turmoil as Bulgaria advances in Macedonia with about 25 000 troops seizing Demir Hissar the key to Sergei and moving toward Kavala while Greek forts are overrun and allied naval forces threaten a Kavala base. In the Tampico district General Nafarrate reports that a small band of bandits attacked Constitutionalist troops led by Colonel Jose Cavazos. Several bandit leaders including Juan J. Castro and Colonel Chavez were captured and imprisoned in Torreon, while one Constitutionalist soldier died.
