City Lining Up Experts For Progress Bond Plan
City officials prepare a two million dollar bond program with outside firms for engineering surveying and advisory services. The June 18 bond sale prompts approval of professional fees including six percent for Beavin Company and about 5.6 percent for Knecht and Maxwell. A Whitman ReQuardt proposal covers three storm drain projects and a fourth project was withdrawn.
