In Elkridge Maryland a charred female body was discovered in a smoldering tourist cabin on Washington Boulevard near the state line. State Police identified the victim as Mrs Winifred Buchanan about 49. Her husband Clarence Buchanan was reported missing in Indianapolis Indiana.
