Robbins joins Maryland training council
Gov. Parris Glendening swore in Earl Robbins Jr as the newest member of Maryland s Armcanteen and Training Council. Robbins, 47, is director for public and government affairs at Eastaleco Aluminum Co in Buckeystown. The council reviews apprentice programs and Robbins says they feed the market with skilled workers and offer self improvement. The four year unpaid appointment reflects his mix of education and industry experience.
