Frederick man charged in crack cocaine sting
A 25 year old Frederick resident, Charles R Ingram of West South Street, was arrested Friday and charged with distribution of crack, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of crack after allegedly selling crack to an undercover officer in Operation Crack Down. He was arrested at John Hanson Apartments around 11 10 a.m. Bail was set at 5000 dollars.
