Mayor objects to nude photo in city art exhibit

Frederick police chief in minor traffic crash
Maj. Richard J. Ashton, Frederick City Police chief, was involved in a minor crash Thursday night on West Patrick Street at 3 15 pm. He drove an unmarked cruiser that collided with a car driven by a woman with a broken signal light. No injuries were reported. Ashton said he would pay for damages personally and not file city insurance.
