Mothers Day Program Delights Walkersville Class 3 F’s
The 3 F's class of Walkersville Lutheran Sunday school held a Mother's Day program on May 18 in the parish house. About 660 attendees enjoyed readings poems and songs including For the Beauty of the Earth Stand Up Stand Up for Mothers and Give of Your Best to the Master. An original skit and a scrambled word game on famous biblical women were featured before the gathering closed with the Lord's Prayer. Refreshments followed served by a group of mothers and volunteers.
