Pentagon Faces Rising Hack Attacks With Little Detection

A GAO report says Pentagon computer networks face up to 250000 intrusion attempts last year, with about 162500 succeeding. Only about one in 150 attempts was detected or reported, risking catastrophic damage and potential access to unclassified yet sensitive defense data.
