Four Injured in HeadOn Collision at Md 140
An early morning head on crash at Md 140 and Toms Creek Road near Emmitsburg injured four men. Ronald Lee Oden crossing center line in a 1986 Cavalier hit Floyd Fogle Jr in a 1994 van. Oden and passenger Raymond Oden and Fogle and Malinak were treated at Gettysburg Hospital with various injuries. The Oden brothers were later moved to York hospital by helicopter.

Four Frederick County cases bound for Circuit Court
On Friday in Frederick County District Court Judge Paul Stakem found probable cause to forward four cases to the Frederick County Circuit Court. Tony Cooke and James Fox face drug and marijuana charges after cocaine and LSD seizures. Jason Haines faces daytime burglary charges with bail set at 25,000. Robert Dryman, charged with escape and assault, was sent to Circuit Court.

Teen charged after fight on South Market Street
A Frederick youth faced multiple felony and drug charges after a Thursday night fight on South Market Street left a 15 year old with severe facial and neck lacerations. The 17 year old was charged with assault with intent to murder and other offenses and released to his mother. Officer Bob Brown led the investigation.
