Woman Arrested in Murder for Hire Plot in Frederick
Frederick City police arrested Selena M. Cornelius 25 of Fieldpointe Boulevard on a charge of solicitation to commit first degree murder. A man reported Cornelius had repeatedly asked him to murder the officer’s wife and child. Cornelius, unemployed formerly a nurse at Frederick Memorial Hospital, is held without bond awaiting a bond review.
