Kunstler Calls Burger Attack a Myth on Lawyers
New York lawyer William M. Kunstler accused Chief Justice Warren Burger of a mythic attack on lawyers who think freely. He spoke at a Baltimore news conference after arguing motions for Arthur Turco Jr. Turco, charged in the 1968 torture and slaying of Eugene Anderson, is the lone white defendant in the case and Turco's trial is set for June 14.
