Dorothy seeks 35000 and Robert 10000 for medical bills and loss of services. Luther Merrill Burgee sues Harry W Ensor for 15000 claiming July 7 1964 collision on Md 355 at Ball Road caused scalp lacerations and lost work time. he seeks damages for medical bills and future lost earnings.

Barbee, a George Washington University graduate, has served in the District of Columbia and Maryland bars since 1937. He will continue by appointment until the 1966 election when he must run for a 15 year term. In Toledo milk supply disruptions followed a Teamsters strike that left the city with limited deliveries.
