Fare increase looms for B&O rail riders to June 28

Trolley Car Museum Opens Summer at Orbisonia

The Trolley Car Museum at Orbisonia Pennsylvania begins its first year of summer operations over the Shade Gap Electric Highway during Decoration Day weekend. New members join to help preserve railway history and a library is maintained in Allentown. Court limits alcohol test use in drunk driving cases

Maryland Court of Special Appeals ruled blood alcohol tests cannot be used as evidence in drunk driving prosecutions unless the charged person consents. The decision extends a January ruling protecting a two year old homicide by motor vehicle while intoxicated law to traditional auto manslaughter cases.
