Sgt James A Bowers missing since May 28 1945 was later identified among remains from a B 29 crash over Japan. The crash near Fukuoka Ken Moji Shi Ozato killed him. remains were recovered and re interred in a U S cemetery in Korea. His mother Mrs Reine G Bowers of 354 Park Avenue reported the news.
