Workers survive 200 foot fall from transmission tower
Two workers, Donald Wise 25 and Tim Beck 18, fell 200 feet onto a chain link fence while climbing a 998 foot tower in Catonsville to install FBI communications. Wise was uninjured. Beck suffered broken waist, arm, head cuts and bruises but regained consciousness later. They wore harnesses and hard hats. the winch slipped.
