Chalk artist evangelist to speak at Frederick Baptist Temple
Reverend H Vester Arnold, chalk art evangelist, will preach at Frederick Baptist Temple on Sunday May 2 with services at 11 am and 7 pm. His wife Sheryl will provide piano and background music as Arnold demonstrates a color picture lit by black light, with a rheostatically controlled lighting setup. Frederick Baptist Temple held its annual mother daughter banquet at the Dan Dee Restaurant on Friday May 1. Dana Crampton and Sherry Grant greeted each mother and daughter with a booklet of poems and games. The program featured a garden theme with floral centerpieces and decorative place settings. Guests included Mrs. Barbara Diffee of West Virginia who urged mothers to instill Christian character. The church invites all to Sunday services and mid week Bible study, with nursery available.
