Dr John H Fischer superintendent of Baltimore City Schools will address the Frederick High School senior class of 294 at graduation on June 7 at 10 30 AM. Retiring Supt Eugene W Pruitt will present diplomas as he leaves in August. Rev E William Hall will give the invocation. Fischer a Maryland native has a long career in education. He rose from elementary teacher to his present post since 1953 and has held leadership in several state and national associations. He is married with two sons.
