Rock Creek area drownings claim two youths in weekend incidents
A Rocky Ridge man Paul T. Fair 26 disappeared after his fishing boat capsized while towing a line in the Potomac River near Snyder's Landing. Near Mt. Airy six year old Steven R. Hall drowned when entangled in fishing line and fell from a pier into a pond on his grandfather's property. The Washington County sheriff continues dragging for Fair as investigators describe the sequence of events and note lifebuoy assistance from a fellow boater. Funeral arrangements for Steven Hall are announced as services are planned for Locust Grove Cemetery with burial to follow.
