The Walkersville Woman's Club held a Better Homes Meeting at Mrs. L. R. Sayjor's home with Our Mothers as guests of honor. Twenty six members and seventeen visitors attended as the president opened with songs and a roll call.

Baltimore May 16 Two men died and three were injured in an automobile accident on the Baltimore Wass? boulevard. Victims were William Handy 29 Washington and Frederick Swope 32 Baltimore.
