On May 14 in York County Pennsylvania George Berger Sr aged 45 George Berger Jr aged 10 and Edward Price aged 15 were drowned when their boat capsized on the Susquehanna River opposite Goldsboro. The trio were known to fish together on the river and were returning ashore when the accident occurred. The river was dragged and all three bodies were recovered.
