Recreation board backs park access for model airplane club
Frederick County Parks and Recreation Commission unanimously approves a draft agreement with the Frederick Model Airplane Club to fly model planes at Catoctin Creek County District Park pending area property owner consent. If public needs conflict, the group will stop immediately and will inform nearby property owners. Also approved is moving a bank barn to Rose Hill with a $20,000 private fund raise. site layout decisions sparked concerns about Rose Hill Manor planning.
