Hearing Set In Murder Case For Carlton Lee
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday in Magistrate's Court for Carlton Irvin Lee, 32, charged with murder in the fatal shooting of John Francis Morrison at the William P. Lark American Legion Home on South Bentz Street. Morrison died from chest wound injuries after an argument. autopsy to determine number of shots and weapon caliber. Lee surrendered at police headquarters and is jailed without bail.
