Basil H. Lucas a 38 year old Pittsburgh attorney for Plymouth Oil Co and its affiliates was found dead in his Mayflower Hotel room in Washington on May 11. He had been ill for two days. Lucas born in Clarksburg W Va attended Culver Military Academy University of West Virginia Duke University and Harvard Law School. New York May 11 1-A supply of 783000 volumes of the Scriptures in Russian is ready to be shipped to Russia when the iron curtain lifts. Dr Robert T Taylor of the American Bible Society said the books include 90000 Bibles 193000 Testaments and 500000 Gospels.
