Odell R. Carr of Asbury United Methodist Church Frederick was inducted into the Society of John Wesley at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington DC during the Alumni Association meeting on April 16. Only two are chosen yearly for outstanding service to God and Wesley Theological Seminary. the other honoree was James L. Daley from the Virginia Conference. Carr, a 1952 Wesley graduate, has pastored in Virginia West Virginia Pennsylvania and Maryland and was ordained in the former Washington Annual Conference.
