Frederick County Names Martha Meadows Teacher of the Year
Frederick High School math teacher Martha Meadows was named Frederick County Teacher of the Year. A 28 year county system veteran, the 50 year old educator will compete with peers from Maryland's 24 districts for the State Teacher of the Year, to be announced in the fall. Meadows said teaching remains fun as no two days are alike and she keeps high expectations for her students.
