Mount Airy plans to leave the so called noise problem at Hill Street and Prospect Avenue to the State Bureau of Air Quality and Noise Control. Residents complain of refrigerators railroad cars and trucks at Florence Beef Co. keeping them awake. Melvin Moxley said the problem persists and trucks run 24 hours a day.
