New Pneumonia Treatment Found by Harvard Doctors

Harvard Medical School researchers led by Dr. Felton report a method to concentrate protective antibodies from antipneumococcus serum. Tests in mice and humans show reduced serum sickness and potential major declines in pneumonia mortality, with intravenous use promising in lobar pneumonia.
