Bussards Reply To Condemnation Suit
Mr and Mrs Bussard deny the State Roads Commission taking 1.08 acres for Route 15 work from their Frederick area farm. They claim the compensation is unfair and that the land seizure would depress farm value and force costly rearrangements. They contend the road relocation would create hazards to their home usage and oppose the commission’s reasonableness.
