Zoning Board Reversal by Court in Bulk Tank Case
A Frederick Circuit Court oral order reversed the Zoning Appeals Board denial of a permit for three 20 000 gallon bulk gasoline tanks at 7 11 Water Street. The action, involving Aero Oil Co and property owner Mrs Paul Lo Rumsbers, followed an engineer’s initial denial and a later zoning board delay. The order prompts possible fresh approval and notes an upcoming ordinance change to require zoning board action on bulk storage tank petitions.
