Sheriff’s department probes Md 75 personal injury crash
The Frederick County Sheriff’s Department investigated a personal injury accident on Md 75 north of Clemsonville Road. At 6:30 a.m. Manuel A. Delgado 28 of Mount Holly New Jersey drove a tractor trailer into a pole after failing to slow on a curve. He was treated and released at Carroll County General Hospital. He faces charges of failing to reduce speed on a curve. Deputy Gary Morton led the inquiry.
